Refer a Friend – AU Terms and Conditions
The “Refer a friend” program (“Program”) will be available from 12:00AM on 1 June, 2021 AEST until further notice.
These terms and conditions apply to your use of Swoosh Finance’s Program in conjunction with the services provided by Swoosh Finance (ABN 67 118 176 631). You and the Referred Customer agree by participating in the Program that the Program terms and conditions are in addition to any agreements between Program participants and Swoosh Finance including Swoosh Finance’s Australia Terms of Use and Swoosh Finance’s Privacy Policy.
When you refer a friend who is a new customer (“Referred Customer”) to use the Swoosh Finance service, you will receive $100 worth of e-vouchers from a vendor of Swoosh Finance’s choice. You will only become eligible for this reward once your Referred Customer is approved for a loan by Swoosh Finance in accordance with Swoosh Finance’s loan approval policies. A new customer is defined as a friend or family member of a current Swoosh Finance customer with an active loan who does not at the time of referral have an active loan within the past 12 calendar months. Swoosh Finance reserves the right to exclude any customer from being considered a new customer or Referred Customer if they, for example, in the past had a Swoosh Finance loan and was not in good standing with that loan as determined in Swoosh Finance’s sole discretion. Swoosh will at all times apply its responsible lending policies to determine whether the loan will be approved.
You warrant that Referred Customer consents and agrees to the disclosure of having their Name, email address and Phone Number (“Personal Details”) shared with Swoosh Finance to the person who referred the Referred Customer through this Program and that the Referred Customer is aware of this program and agrees to participation..
The e-voucher will be emailed to you on the email address provided on your profile. Any non-deliveries will not be compensated for.
Only you will be eligible for the e-voucher reward under the Program if the Referred Customer gets approved for a loan with Swoosh Finance directly as a result of your referral.
Any e-voucher amount is not transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other credit.
After you have used the $100 e-voucher from referring the Referred Customer, there will be no more rewards for subsequent Swoosh Finance loans.
There is no limit to the unique Referred Customers throughout the duration of the Program, provided that such referrals are made only to your direct friends, acquaintances or family and any unique Program link is not published by you in any public place, whether online or otherwise, which could reasonably be seen by any person who is not your direct friend, acquaintance or family in Swoosh Finance’s sole discretion. Any referrals must also comply with these Program terms and Referred Customers must be eligible for the Program at all times.
You and the Referred Customer may be from the same household, provided always that the Referred Customer is not an existing Swoosh Finance customer.
For the avoidance of doubt, you may not refer yourself to also be the Referred Customer (e.g. by using separate email addresses).
All Referred Customers must be a Australian resident or a valid visa holder.
Swoosh Finance reserves the right to validate the eligibility of any Referred Customer with respect to whether they are a new customer or as otherwise deemed necessary, and may determine any Referred Customer to be ineligible in its sole discretion.
Swoosh Finance reserves the right to modify or cancel the Program at any time without prior notice to you.
If you or the Referred Customer breach any of these Program terms or Swoosh Finance’s Terms of Use, you will not be eligible for any rewards under this Program.
For the avoidance of doubt, any reference to ‘$’ or ‘dollars’ refers to Australian dollars.
